Doe Run Lodging is located on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Southwest Virginia. We have many rentals--some with Jacuzzis and hot tubs. Most all have a fantastic view of th Piedmont below. This is the perfect place to getaway for a honeymoon, romantic vacation for two, or even a perfect spot for family retreats or reunions. The New River is close by for those of you who love to canoe or float gently down in an inner tube. We have a couple of wineries just up the bend, including Chateau Morrisette with its excellent restaurant, Jazz concerts and festivals. On most any given weekend, especially in the summer, you will find music venues; we're famous for our bluegrass and old time music. Golf lovers rejoice--we have several excellent golf courses very close by. Old Mill Golf Course is only 5 minutes away! Hikers and bikers will find many outlets for enjoying the great outdoors.
